Just won this auction earlier today. I will definitely post pics when I get the coin in hand. I just thought I'd take a gamble for only $26. It looks high AU-MS from the reverse pic. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1867-Three-...047675.l2557

Yeah, you did good, hard to tell, maybe not quite MS. The columns on the reverse look nice.

Some kind of AU. Pics in hand would be helpful. Good price.

Looks to have some verdigris or pvc damange on the obverse in the denticles. But a very nice coin overall.

Can't tell if cleaned or not from these photos. Hard to grade until you post new pix

Looks AU to me. Can that color be anywhere close to right?

I think the 1861 3 cent silver that rycolemet posted (should be a few threads down from this one in Classic Grading) was purchased from the same seller and the picture was dark as well. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1861-Three-...9?rmvSB=true

I like this one, but until better pics say otherwise, I'm saying XF details.
