i have 50 69-Ps in cellophane from uncirculated sets and an OBW. I haven't looked at them too closely but if I have something good I think it would be worth sending in. Are higher grades usually in uncirculated sets or OBW? All I have is a 10x loupe, is that enough to tell if I have any good coins? Aside from full bands would it need the full torch to get a high grade? I think MS67 may be as high as one has ever graded. I'd post pics but I don't have a camera good enough to do so. Which grading service carries the most weight? Any help or opinions would be appreciated!

Mint sets are produced at slower speeds and higher pressure. Usually the higher grades come from the mint sets. Sending them in and selling them would never pay for the submission cost. That is unless you had a 65 FB or a 67.
