Looks like you have it turned sideways. I'm assuming the image is Pegasus. Lots of coins with Pegasus on it.

Yep, it's a Japanese "pachinko token". I believe the name of the pachinko parlour inscribed on the token twice in Japanese Hiragana characters is "Yasuda".
