Ever see sac's turn this color or think something was done to it? Sure it's not an experimental rinse as there were only 10 found from 2000 and I don't think those were this dark? Just found in a roll today-pretty dark brown but ugly and not uniform...

I think someone doped this near a parking meter on some grass. I think a dog did it. I see cents like that around trees and such.
