I'd call it fine details, surfaces don't original from the pictures. It is an overton 103, I imagine it would sell for $60-80 in an ebay auction.

Yes, I'm sorry, I don't think the surfaces look* original. Proof reading would have been a good idea.

The coin is cleaned, if not harshly cleaned. It's quite obvious and likely from the pictures, I've seen hundreds of coins like this, so I'm fairly sure I'm correct when calling it a problem coin.
