The 'three legs' suggests the Isle of Man - is that possible?

This symbol 'may' have been adapted from the
Sicilian triskelion.

So try Sicily.

Purports to be a stater or similar denomination - perhaps from Lucania, I believe, with the bearded Leucippus obverse and ear of wheat reverse. Very likely a modern reproduction, but I recommend posting on the ancients board for opinions.

What's been added to this replica are the letters EPT and MATERA. Matera is the modern Italian name for what was the ancient province of Metapontion. The tourist office in Matera is the Ente Provinciale per il Turismo (EPT).

I agree with the others that this is a modern reproduction of an ancient coin type.

I took it for a mite, because in Slovenia on a mobile Phone, the pictures were not clear.
