Previous dealer identified as Russia, 12-13th Century, Muscovy

29mm in diameter

Any thoughts?

Never been any good at lead seals - I would have called that Byzantine. Throw it in olive oil for a while, might bring out some detail.

This appears to be a Byzantine type lead seal. I can't make out enough of the legend to say what it may be from though.
