I've never been more conflicted between two grades on a single coins. This one is right between G-6 and VG-08.

Nice clear coin---Doubling on the D and E of DEI---deserves a VG8.--Better than usual strong strike on reverse for this series.Possible re-engraved 5 (looking for thin upright and large gap btw. upright and bulbous end)
