Can any bank "your bank" get bricks of notes, from what I hear they dont like to do that since it costs them to have it trucked in.

I would say that if "your bank" will not get you a brick you should tell them that you will find a new bank. I sometimes feel guilty that I make all sorts of strange requests at the bank but remind myself that the bank has no problem making money with my money, ie my savings acct.

Is the brick like hitting lotto, in the sort that you dont know what your gonna get, it could be low SN's or stars to replace destroyed notes?

I have a friend who is a teller at a horse race track. He will save me Star notes of CU consecutive notes. I got a banded set of 20 $5.00 star notes. I dont think they have bricks there. My bank sucks they dont roll;s of halfs or the nrw dollars.Had a friend who worked for wells fargo he got a thousand and five hundred for face when he was working there.

They are there to serve you. I get bricks and rolls of new coins all the time . If the don't give you service head to one that will. It should be only a block or two away these days.
