Now that is a great find!

It looks close to 1947-S 25¢ WRPM-001. It may be unlisted though.

Do you see any hairline doubling/shadowing on the right side of the S? I think I may see a little....but hard to tell.

It can't be CONECA : RPM-001 The supper serif is not the correct shape on the mint mark. The 001 has the thinner part at the top of the upper serif. With the wear on the coin, we may never know what it was.

Coop, even if we never know exactly wich one it is still a rpm right?

I wonder if it is just a case of die polishing that removed part of the outline of the mint mark/field area. Note the other designs how it shows the tapering from field to devices in that area. I would still keep it in case someone else has listed it. But the die wear leaves me questioning on your coin if it is a RPM or not? It does affect the same location as the 001, just not from that die. The mint mark shape is different. (unless coin wear altered the upper serif)
