How is the reeding effected?

The reeding is thicker on one side and thinner on the other. Compared to other dimes it's thinner on one end of the reeding and thicker on the other.

Ok, I am not catching what you are throwing. Sorry. I guess you mean it is more bold on one side, and weak on the other?

By definition, you cannot have the entire design present on an off-center error. Your coin is just a common misaligned die strike(MAD).

The area between 8:00-11:00 is called finning. The die was just short of that area because of the MAD. This coin looks like the reverse setup up, with the reverse die being the anvil, and the obverse being the hammer die locations. (which is normal for the late coins) The setup of the press was incorrect with the adjustable hammer die being slightly out of alignment. The MAD coin only become collectable when part of the devices fall over the edge of the coin. (yours is a normal MAD though)
