Interesting. He also has a VERY questionable 16-D Merc listed. And he also already has a neg for a fake 1893-S Morgan.

The listing has been removed. What was the sellers user name?

How does this guy get to list new stuff if he's been tagged in the past?

Frog: Having a negative feedback for anything, even selling counterfeit goods, won't get you banned from ebay. It all depends on the percentage of negatives if a seller will be banned, usually for 90 days on a first offense. Feel good that with us reporting this guy so quickly he had all of his sales taken down. We at least saved a few people some serious money. AND - the good news - since he has had lots pulled by ebay - there is a good chance he will be reviewed by a real human person and with the ADDED note of his previous negative for a counterfeit sale might be gone for good.

Quote: might be gone for good. He is probably already selling with a new user account. That is the way ebay works!
