Not die cracks, the marks appear incuse rather than raised, most likely PMD
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Not PMD. Die clash, not once but thrice.What you see is the collarbone and neck of the queen.

What about the similar marks on the beaver ?
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I agree with Dr. X . Nice die clashes below the beaver. The marks on the beaver are likely bag marks or dings from the minting process. Very common.
