About the size of a penny, Thin Plan, Small clip at 11:00, Any info would be nice.

Could be a fantasy piece, as most real tokens for the saloons had a value on them since the use of tokens was to encourage people to drink up their money. As they were given out in change.
instead of coins. Since they could only be used at the listed place. Now some establishments would accept others tokens. Philharmonie is Germanic for Philharmonic, with out a city or some other identifier if real it would be considered a Maverick.
Saloon tokens,BAWDY HOUSE - BROTHEL TOKENS are a big time area for fakes, restrikes and fantasies sold as real after being buried and aged to appear they are metal detector finds, they turn up at flea markets.
Oklahoma, has the state, Oklahoma Territory, and Indian Territory that it could have been in. It also could have been a small piece of home a traveler going west could have carried.
With out more info, or a validated attribute of location you may never know.

My humble impression is ... genuine, German beer garden/hall, late 1800's, possibly American. The name suggests an establishment that had music and singing.
