I'd say 63 at best, maybe 62. Absolutely not FBL.

There's no hint of center rub or luster breaks associated with circulation. Definitely not FBL. To many hits, especially on Reverse to get above 63. More likely 62 technical, 63 market.

The marks on the bottom lines disqualify it from FBL status, but it's near-FBL.

MS-63.

I thought I saw some friction on the large curl of hair that covers part of his neck and the curl that covers his ear. I guess I was wrong so I will go MS63.

SSK, there's no such thing as a wrong grade. ;) (Don't tell the TPG's, even when they slab the same coin 6 grades apart.)

Thanks everyone, this one looks so good in hand, I will mark it in my records as MS 63. I thought it might go 64. I knew it wouldn't go FBL with the hits right on the line, but was still well struck, so I bought it. I think I did ok at $15.00.
