Welcome to the Forum !

What makes you think it is counterfeit ?

from what I can tell by the pictures (bigger would be better ) the coin appears to be an authentic 1923-P Peace dollar.

a couple of things you can check that will tell us more is the weight ,, the coin should weigh 26.73 grams and the size it should be 38.1 mm in diameter.

Like Metalman says, this looks like a genuine coin. It appears to be in BU (brilliant uncirculated) condition, as well. It is a common date and relatively inexpensive in lower BU grades, probably worth $20 or $25.

Because of the low value, counterfeiters would probably not bother making this date. If they could produce a fake coin that looks this nice, they would go for the scarce 1928-P or 1934-S dates and try to cheat someone out of big bucks!

Please use lower case when addressing the Forum. Your coin looks like it was polished/dipped in photos 3 & 4. It could also be the reflection from the camera flash. I own quite a few 22 & 23 BU Peace dollars and have had a couple graded. Doesn't increase their value much, I just wanted them encapsulated. If you decide to grade any, pick out the best one or two you have. Liberty's cheek/hair and the eagles feathers/head are high ware areas along with easily scratched fields.

I'm no expert at all, but just the spot silver price makes them worth at least $14.00-$15.00 apiece !! Don't know why you're being offered such a great deal with no "spot price" or "dealers premium" being added to their value. They could be worn smooth in condition......... but they're still silver. (polished or not) Personally I don't want a cleaned or polished coin........ but silver spot price value IS value no matter what happens to the coin.
Don't like ugly or "doctored" coins myself though

the silver content is really less than $15
there are about .75ox of silver per Peace dollar so with silver at $15 an oz the silver value of a Peace dollar is about $11.25 so buying for $10 is a deal.
I would say that only send your dollar into get graded if you think it is very nice. It can get pricey to get a coin graded so I would say use the money to buy coins or buy already graded coins.

Look in a price guide. If it's a key date or has a high premium for being a high grade coin, get it graded. If the coin is worth less than $50-$80 then it's really pointless to get it graded. If your buying US coins for the silver content and not the rarity of the coin then it again defeats the purpous of getting it graded. If you buy your coins from a collector they probably wont sell you a valuable coin for melt value. Also, you said:

"ALSO I HAVE OFFERED POLISHED MORGAN AND PEACE DOLLARS(VERY GOOD CONDITION) FOR $10 EACH.SHOULD I BUY THEM,BECAUSE OF SILVER VALUE OR NOT?"

Most grading companies wont grade "Polished" coins. Simply the fact that they are polished is probably why you got them for $10 each. Save them for the silver but I wouldn't consider getting anything graded until you learn a little more about coins in general.

Please remove the caps on your keyboard. It's the key to the left of "A" and right above "Shift"
