On Apr 23, 2013 US mint ran out ASE; new low was ahead for silver. On Nov 06, 2014 US mint ran out ASE; new low was ahead for silver. On Jul 08, 2015 US mint ran out ASE; you tell me. You know, someone who had a large position in gold and just wanted to exit the market in an orderly fashion with the least possible damage to their holdings.
