I see a big fingerprint and nicks all over Kennedy's face. Possibly some wear on the hair, but it may just be weakly struck.

If there is wear, it's an AU-58. If not, I'd call it MS-62/63.

Even discounting the fingerprint, anything higher than 64 would be ridiculous.

I first thought MS-64, but most of those scratches appear to be on the slab, so I believe the grade is higher. It does not appear to have wear to me as well. This coin discombobulates me.

I think it's graded MS-66.

Obverse looks AU, reverse looks MS. I say AU 58

Of course, what I see as wear could be on the holder, and I am really just learning grading.

I'm going with MS60 or MS61 on a good day. Nothing better than that!

Now that coin is more like it
Great detail and strike, oozing luster, I can't see ANY bag marks or dings and the rim looks to be perfect.
The only thing I can fault is the "Milk Spots" on the obverse and a tiny bit of "Rub" on the top Kennedy's ear.
MS67PL Maybe even make it to MS68

Eagle looks fine, shield did its job. Also hit under ST of states, obverse has lots of distractions, I'll say MS 62.
