Similar to how I found my 1983 DDR cent. Someone must have cashed in $10 worth of rolls all dating from pre-1987. Ended up finding the 1983 DDR in one of those rolls.

After I found it and knew what I had, I didn't bring those rolls back to the bank :)

I'm still sitting on $10 or so, maybe more like $6 if I remember, idk, maybe even $8 in pre-1987 cents.
