Nice eye appeal but it appears all the luster is gone. Could be the pics or lighting. Maybe MS63 if no luster 64 if its still in place. Doesn't look dipped

No expert here, but the strike looks amazing. I'm curious about the little colorful circles on the coin. Is that a sign of being dipped?
Rest in Peace

Very nice looking, but the color looks a bit off. UNC details cleaned.

btw, just start a different thread for each coin you want graded.

Don't see any luster. For an actual grade I wouldn't go higher than 62.

I am thinking MS-64 due to the nicks on the reverse.

This is probably the single most common coin found in uncirculated pre-1900. Has the look of dipped and Retoned in spots as luster breaks are extensive. Strong strike as is common for this date. MS 63 details. This is NOT a candidate for TPG. Look at the number available on ebay today and see what Uncs are selling for.

Does the slab say MS-70?

I think it will grade MS-62

If there's actually no luster as the photos show then UNC Details. If it has nice mint luster then MS64. The strike is really nice on this one.

Btw, I think I paid $45 dollars for my PCGS slabbed MS64. If you just want it slabbed by one of the big two, then I understand and say go for it. Believe me, I have sent some coins in that don't necessarily make the best sense. But I wanted to share this info with you incase you were not aware of the resale value on the 'no cent' varieties.
