The 041 is further north than your coin. I see a match CC 1959D-1MM-006 and CONECA 1959-D RPM-006.

An overlay confirms this die. Probably a MDS example.

The mint mark shape is better than the other examples of die states. The hit in the vertical bar didn't help much either. So I see why you could find it.
