It's odd that he's selling a valuable coin but doesn't give good pics of the obverse, But he gives us semi-closeups of the reverse.
Suspicious...

Unless you are using some form of Braille reading system to search ebay, I can't imagine anyone else would even consider this Brown spot in a basket. Or is that a basket?

It's a 1922 D "weak D" die pair #1.

Overpriced and needs better pictures.

Why Die #1? Don't see the reverse die crack.

That's die #3. Unless I got the two mixed up...

Okay. You're right. I got them mixed up. This is die pair #3 NOT #1.

Even with horrible pictures, it looks genuine to me, it could be a no D or weak D with that die pairing.

However, with that price tag and blurry pictures, no D means "no dice".

I just don't get it. Someone with a coin like that obviously knows how valuable it is, and that people are going to be considering forking over good money for it. So why wouldn't he take the time to take good photos? He should ask himself: Would I be interested in buying such a coin, based on these photographs?

He has some decent coins for sale. They are a little pricey, but decent coins.
