I have no idea what this is. can't read a date. it has a small hole like it may have been worn by someone. one side is pretty readable but the other side is not. it appears there are figures of some sort on the back side. it appears to be quite old and made of copper. it's about the size of a quarter.

This is a Byzantine half follis of the Emperor Justin II and Sophia. 565-578 AD, This coin is dated regnal year 7 so it would be 570/71.
