I can see part of the "IN" from the motto, the rest is out of the photo. I wanted to see the whole obverse side of the coin at once, not just Lincolns face and the date.
From what I can see so far, it is most likely just a damaged coin.
Did you clean it with something or is the color just off?

Almost looks like heavy whizzing combined with VLDS on the obverse and I'm not seeing any doubling on the reverse

Agreed with stoneman227, VLDS. Looks like the mint had to polish heavily to remove a clash (this is the jagged marks you are seeing on the obverse of the coin, see image). From what I see the "O" in "ONE" doubling looks like Machine Doubling

I figured it is probably ugly machine double. I see the forums I know it is 99.9% chance. I just want to show a few more clear pics to give it a shot.
