Cascade , the two coins are from two different obverse dies. The mintmark in the first pick is further south than the one in the second pic. The first pic's mm showes a bit of md and the common anomaly between them in the bottom loop is just part of the punch for that year.

I didn't even look that close to notice the positions stone thanks. So that's just a chip on the punch they used that year. Got it

As far as bottom loop I would have to check some of mine to confirm that about the punch for that year but have seen that anomaly before.
