 Seems some possible wear on eagle's breast, reverse, but strikes on this issue are all over the map. Certainly AU - maybe better, sharper pics will help.

Either starting to tone, or was toned and dipped, and that's what's left. Still a nice coin MS60

Nice coin, nice detail. There is some wear on the eagles' breast. I will go with no higher than AU60, but that may be the right grade. To take better, clearer pics, you may have to remover the coin from the holder. JMO
