What you have here is a 6 kreuzer minted in 1669, this coin is not french but rather austrian, minted in the name of Leopold I of Austria.

Shandy - To avoid confusion Leopold I was Emperor of Austria, Hungary and Bohemia between 1657 - 1705.

Yes, that's the correct one. Looks like I messed up. I know leopold was the emperor of Austria at the time. So searched up "3 kreuzer austria 1669" and "6 kreuzer austria 1669" and plenty of pics showed up of this coin with the second search. Your attribution is correct though. I thought the reverse design was a bit weird for a silver 6 kreuzer (usually having the double-headed eagle on the reverse), but thought nothing of it at the time.
