sent to a TPG will probably get you genuine no grade assignment if those marks are PMD.

its actually a ebay coin. it already ended and I did not bid. sometimes I overlook things like those marks on the back of his head I didn't even really notice until you brought it up. thanks for input.

If it's an ebay coin you are thinking of bidding on, maybe you could mention that at the outset next time. We are mostly courteous here and nobody is going to bid it out from under you if you found it first.
