Looks like it. I think that's a Cud on the obverse, if I'm not mistaken?

$4.00 and change seems pretty decent (at this point in time at least)

I'm sure it'll be bidded up higher. I'm only interested if it's a N-13

From what see it is the late state of N-13 (which is a late state of N-11)

With the Cud it's an R-4 and that was probably about a $35 - $40 coin.
