Looks like a match. When I did an overlay between the two images, I noticed there was a difference in locations. But checking the height of the date and noticed there were off as well, I realized what one of the images was stretched a bit vertically. So making the date the correct size solved that issue. Sometimes when images are take at too steep of an angle, the image can be stretched a bit. So when the overlay was not conclusive, the side by side showed the problem. Adjust a bit and it lines up.
