Since I'm moving I went through a bunch of coins that I set aside to view at a later time. I found this one which appears to be struck through some debris. It doesn't look like PMD to me.. What do you think?

What does the opposite side show? If bulged outward, then PSD. If it is normal, then it might be a struck through.

Normal obverse. Coop, would a struck through also retain some raised details on the coin? The area is lower than the surface and still has evidence of the letters without being scratched or misplaced
