New Law In Germany That Could Threaten All Coin Collectors

Pertinax Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 2133 Posts	Posted 07/26/2015 5:58 pm Gerhard Hirsch, a Munich, Germany coin dealer has just sent me a email about an article in MuenzenWoche (Coinsweek) http://muenzenwoche.de/de/page/4?&id=3535 about new legislation proposed in Germany that would effectively prevent movement in coins into, out of or across Germany. Essentially, it would require all sales over 100 euros to be accompanied by full provenance (including seller's names, invoices, prices etc) covering the last 20 years - not many of us have got that.
