It does look like this in hand. I do agree with PL. It is in a slight;y older PCGS slab.

I would have said 64. I do not believe it is prooflike though. Semi-prooflike, maybe. The older holders were more relaxed on the prooflike standards than modern holders, so if it didn't pass then, it likely won't today.
