Looks like 1949S-1MM-004.

You might check the markers to see if they match? (looks like it may have the die scratches that have faded)

The example from coppercoins is from an EDS example. Those die scratches have been made on the die yet for this die. On the CONECA image they are on the Stage "A". The Mint mark shows NE/SW punch marks on most examples. (but the die scratches under the inner curve of 9 are stronger on the Stage "A" and are gone on the Stage "B". So your coin was struck somewhere the A-B stages.
