I picked this one up a while back and would sure like some opinions on the grade.....I'm thinking VF20?

Might just make, VF-20, but closer to F-15

If the colour is nice, I would go VF 20.

Fourmack, I hadn't noticed there was no reference to the die cracks you mentioned at leaf 1/16 and leaf 8 and again on the obverse near the "D" in Canada. This coin is the same one referenced on Dr. Haxby's site only in a later die state, perhaps Dr. Haxby just never came across one in this die state ( to explain the omission ). However I don't think there's any discovery here as I believe the cracks at leaf #16 & Leaf #8 are well known to those that are looking for the D/P'ed #3.
