Dear me, they're a bit green; makes them tricky to read. Still, here's my best shot.

They're listed in the 20th century Krause under Hunan Province, variants of KM/Y# 400. Undated, attributed to 1919 AD. Your two coins look the same to me, from the pics. I'd call them both KM/Y# 400.2.
