last one I promise If these are DDRs, they can't be worth more than a couple bucks because they're pretty common, right? also, how can I be sure that its a DDR (other than identifying it with markers), and not a die chip/gouge? again its to the right of lincoln

It is to the right of Lincoln, but it is also to Lincoln's left. lol. I hope this is a DDR, I didn't know these existed.

I like finding these - and they give you something to look for on almost every coin of the later memorial dates. The two on my wish list are 2000-P WDDR-020 & 1998-P WDDR-014 (CC 1DR-009). Both are very interesting doubled dies.

Looks like there is an extra knee in Abe's stomach also. Nice find.

Nice find. Looks similar to coppercoins' 2002P-1DR-009. But the markers for that are large die chip in bay #1 and die abrasions above LIBERTY.
I've found two that aren't listed there and when I spoke with them they were interested in listing them but for the time being, they aren't doing new attributions.
Definitely a keeper.

As noted, these are fun to find to keep the modern LMCs interesting. But I think when the values of Coppercoins are adjusted, these will only be worth a couple of dimes.
There are just too many of these to be valuable. I find dozens of these in a single box. I'm sure others are too. Finding the ones with doubling in multiple spots though changes things. These are less common. Good Luck folks!!

I tend to think of them like I do rpms; lots of minor and very minor varieties that are never going to start a bidding war on ebay, but which can still be enjoyable to find and add to one's collection. Or like fishing, it's fun to be catching the small ones while waiting for the big one to bite.
