Hey guys, is this collectible? Appears to be a mad with a high finned rim. Is it also considered a railroad rim?

I would not consider the finning high enough to be a keeper but I suggest you keep it until you find a higher one.

A "railroad rim" is an old nickname for a partial collar error and has nothing to do with a finned rim (regardless of it's misuse on ebay).
