I have this coin I am trying to identify. It looks like an Egypt 1960 10 milliemes. But not quite--the reverse has the dates straddling the bird and the obverse is not quite right. Anybody have an idea what this coin is? thanks.

Working from a tablet so no references loaded, but it looks like United Arab Republic which was a short lived (1958-1961) union between Egypt and Syria.

The two stars in the shield point to the United Arab Republic, this one is minted or produced by Syria. Both Syria and Egypt generated coins in this union, I believe Yemen did also, but their coins were radically different.

Were the two stars representing Egypt and Syria respectively?
