It would be nice to see an image with more windows showing. That might give us a clue as to it being machine damage or not.

OK, question on this one: Why is the area on the NE-east-SE raised around the mint mark? ( I know the answer, just want to help you think outside of the box a little)

Really? Its like you expect me to know everything about errors. I've only been collecting for a few months and am not even focusing on error coins...Your probably 5x older than me with 500x more experience. Everyone starts somewhere...
