They are both from Iran.

Left coin is a 20 Rial, AH 1353 (1974), Copper-nickel

The right coin is a 5 Rial from the same era, but I cannot see the date clearly enough.

I was looking closer at this coin is there any value to it ? There is doubling/ tripling all over this coin .

Tough question, but if their is true doubled die (or tripled die) there is extra value. But at this time most world coins with errors are only appreciated by certain buyers. catalogues omit them entirely, and there seems as yet not much general interest. But in time this will change. For now hang on to it, verify it, and seek that special buyer.
