it's not a key date, but rather low mintage. As for authenticy, looks OK to me.

I see verdigris, so Cu seems present hence BRONZE. Seems genuine. Why the question? It should be a key date coin as it is the lowest mintage for this type, at 812,000. IF lowest mintage is the Key date factor, and I think it is. Nice coin!
