Hey guys what would you say on this one?

If you see the red dot on the coin it's a hot pixel on my camera.

It takes a bit of looking, as the dark tone on obverse hides a few areas, but it appears to be honestly uncirculated with no hints of rub on the high points and no disturbance of the field luster. But with the number of bag marks and hits, I don't think I'd be at any higher than an MS-62 for grade. NOT taking into consideration the tone which I do NOT include in that assessment for good or ill.

I generally agree, but think it could make 63.

63+. Marks behind the eye would keep it from a 64 in my opinion.

I like it at MS-63. I bet the tone looks better in hand.

Heavily toned ones are tough to determine luster unless in hand. Looks at least 63. Toning can affect grade if it affects eye appeal which in this case it does Imo. Some folks like it. To each his own. But since the reverse does not match it I gotta go with 63. Without it...maybe 64
