I did not think harshly cleaned/damaged/details was that rare of a grade.

Looks like it was scrubbed, then it was dipped. Not really a terribly collectible "grade".

no grade, harshly cleaned with ajax and steel wool.....so it would appear. I need that guy's help for my BBQ grill
