I don't think die polishing lines would be on the top of the right leg. Being one of the highest points of the coin, it would be one of the LOWEST points of the die, and the least susceptible to die polishing lines.

I think it might be just contact marks. I had made note of them in my first post, and thought they were just at two places, with the rest being a reflection. But after Tryna's comment and taking a closer look, I can see that it is a marred surface all the way down to the ankle. Since the photo is a *teensy* bit larger than actual size, it might be that most of it is not visible without magnification. I stick by my original grade.
