Ive got these 2 roman coins with an small head on it.

The one that looks ugly is maybe an barbaric issue? Or late roman? (SMKA is the minting place) the other side says something like ( DNFICCIVL)

The other has an emperor on it but on the reverse small lyrics in 3 lines. And below that an small cross on the right? (SMKA is minting place) the lyrics are not that clear DIMON?)

I am not good at determine these coins but these 2 looked different then usually I though.

Have a look at Julian II, Cyzicus mint.
Second coin has VOT/XX/MVLT/XX within wreath.

Are these more scarce then the julian II with beard that I can't find them? Or did he had another name in his earlyer period?

Well the first coin is clearly Julian II with the legend of DN FL CL IVLIANVS rest is missing. Now the second coin IMO the legend doesn't seem to fit for Julian II. The letters aren't clear enough for my eye sight to make out though so I can't be 100% sure who it is.

Valens is always a good one to have in any beginner collection.
Emperor of the East he massed the legions to go teach the Parthians something about manners.
Before he marched east he decided to show the immigrant Goths just who was boss.
They met near Adrianople in AD 378 and the result was quite unexpected. Nearly the entire army of the East got wiped out. Of the emperor the only thing found was a greasy spot.
Edward Gibbon states that the empire of the Romans ended that hot summer day.
In the political 'settlement' that followed the Army commanders became almost exclusively 'Krauts'
Sunday August 9 is the 1,637 year anniversary

I think the second one might be Constans DNCONST ANSPFAVG with VOT/XX/MVLT/XXX on the reverse. With a little bit of clean up the legends should be more visible. I also like the early Julian coins and slicked back hair style - kind of a " Greaser" look!

obv: D N FL CL IULI / ANUS NOB CS : bear-headed draped, cuirassed bust right.
rev: FEL TEMP / REPARATIO :solder spearing fallen horsman who is bearing a Phrygian helmet;no beard, reaching backwards . Star in left field , mintmark : SMKA : Sacra Moneta ( mint ) Kyzicos , A : first officina .albert

Terrier has got coin 2 correct, its CONSTANS.
The obverse legend reads - DNCONST ANSPFAVG.
This also appears to have the SMKA mintmark, CYZICUS.
