I found this one roll hunting, the rim on the rev. doesn't appear to have had any copper coating on it as well as being almoet flush with the coin . On the obv. parts of the queens face are'nt coated with copper either. Her face is flat but not worn .the rim of the obv. isn't worn either.
It looks to me as if it's was a weak strike and that the copper coating is overall very thin. The planchet is 1.2 mm thick and weighs 2.2 grams so its also a little thinner than normal. Defective or foreign planchet?

looks like the copper plating has worn off, shows it on the highpoints well, yet leaves don't seem to offer that scenario, oh well I still lean towards wear of some sort.

Most likely someone just sanded off the copper plating.
