Since I'm the first to respond...the designs look North African, possibly Algerian? I'm guessing that's not a hunter, maybe one of the FLN. Perhaps it commemorates 20 years since their rebellion against occupying France? Just guesses here... You'd probably find researching this coin further interesting.
