Thinking about buying this 1974 proof set. It's priced below $10 at the moment.

To me, the Ike looks good enough to pull off a DCAM...

jbuck, or other Ike aficionados, care to weigh in?

That's a really nice looking coin. Would need to see it to say DCAM for sure though. Just to verify that it's lint on the holder and not micro scratches on the fields.
