Found this on the bay. Any opinions would be needed.

Tough to say. There are some patches of wear, but they look as though they still have a matte surface, one indication of a counterfeit. Then again, the whole coin looks like it has been cleaned and/or the surface doctored, so maybe it's real and just messed up.

But note that the seller is a zero-feedback member, who has other Morgans for sale, including this one:
331627019086
This particular coin looks as though a portion of the surface has worn away, revealing the copper underneath. Maybe it's lighting, but I kinda doubt it.

I for one am not interested in taking the risk.

CC = cast counterfeit. Surfaces tell the story.

The weakness on the obverse centre reminds me a lot of a fake Morgan that I bought.

Reverse surfaces look cast, mint mark looks a bit amateurish, there is a small bubble on the lower right of the U(N)UM. Just looks fake to me + 0 feedback = big red flag. Free economy shipping from 'outside' US Freudian slip

Awe, a brand new seller and it's all crapola! This guy needs to feel the pain of getting shut down before the first sale

I give it a 1% chance of being genuine and I'm being generous.

as others have said, the surface does not appear correct. Like a casting.

All 3 CCs are BAD. Casting bubbles, copper showing beneath plating, identical CC placement - this list goes on and on. Lists item location in Green Bay, Wisconsin but ships from outside US with a wait for delivery of more than 2 weeks.

It's a shame this stuff makes it into collections.
